As your Notary, I assure that the signer of the document has shown a valid photo Identification and make appropriate log entries and affix my stamp and embossed seal.
**Proper photo identification is always required, i.e. driver's license, state issued id card, military id or a passport.**
**Photo copies are not accepted **

REASONS YOU WOULD NEED MOBILE CERTIFICATION SERVICES:
Inability to travel: If you are in the hospital or nursing home, can't get out of the office, cannot drive or simply do not have transportation and you need a notary, we are happy to come to your location!
Non-business hours: Most banks and stores are closed by 6:00 pm during the week and have limited or no hours on the weekends and holidays. Notaries work extended and after hours, we are available for your needs.
Expertise: When your documents require formal training, Angela Dowlen is Certified, insured, bonded in the State of Tennessee, and ready to meet your needs.
Privacy: Your documents are sensitive and require an environment of confidentiality, something that retail stores and banks do not generally have available.
